"Assembling the Puzzle of the Milky Way" will be held on the conference center Espace Gd-Bo in Le Grand-Bornand, France. Welcome and registration will start on Sunday evening, April 17, 2011. Science sessions will run from Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 22. The sessions will focus on the main topics "Insight in early times", "Installation of the disc and dense regions", "In place and up-coming tools for a better understanding". Space and time are also planned for displaying and viewing posters.
